HAY GROUP OY IS SEEKING A JUNIOR REWARD CONSULTANT

We offer career opportunities for candidates who already possess a master’s degree or who are due to graduate in the coming months. You would start your career in our Reward Information Services team as a consultant and compensation research analyst. You will take part in conducting surveys and developing and selling our compensation products including also customer service. You will also participate in our customer assignments as a team member.

We expect you to have business related education, good IT-literacy and sound skills in statistical analysis. You should be able to express yourself fluently in Finnish and English and possibly also in Swedish.

We value internal drivers at least as high as academic merits. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity on the Finnish economy and drive for teamwork with business oriented attitude. We value persons that are ready to commit to goals of a successful consulting company. Therefore, achievement orientation, ability to take initiatives and flexibility are key ingredients to be successful in international consulting environment.

In due time you will take a larger role in developing the Reward Information Services business and reward-related client assignments.
