Työn kuvaus:

Are you the energetic and sales minded Delegate Marketer we are looking for? Do you think you have what it takes to commit top decision makers and executives to our invitation only events? Would you like to work in a company awarded as one of the Best Workplaces in Europe and in Finland in 2007?

We are recruiting a dynamic and result orientated team player with excellent communication skills to work in the delegate acquisition for our Austrian events at our Helsinki office. The wide range of responsibilities in this position offers you a wonderful opportunity to gain experience from pre-marketing and mapping prospects to inviting the high profile delegates such as CEO’s, CIO’s and CFO’s to our events via phone and email.

An ideal candidate is a business graduate (BA or equivalent) with max 2 years of work experience. Experience from customer care, telesales or journalistic work is an advantage.

Success in this role requires:
– Fluency in the German language, and at least good communication skills in English
– Persistence and braveness to contact and commit decision makers over the phone
– Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the dynamics of the Austrian business cultures
– Sales skills to market our events and argument the benefits of (free) participation to the decision makers
– Proficiency with Word and Excel
– Good to excellent writing skills (grammar and fluency)
– An eye for detail
– Social and strong communication skills
